To advocate the protection and empowerment of vulnerable local communities through the Human Security approach in order that the individual community members live in dignity in peaceful and resilient communities.
Our Vision
To ensure the protection and empowerment of individuals and local communities by advocating for decentralization and local governance as enshrined in the African Charter on the Values and Principles of Decentralisation, Local Governance and Local Development.
Our vision is based on the understanding that individual citizens and communities are the appropriate referent objects of National Security and Development policy.
